In this episode…
Tyler and Mike sit down with a friend of a friend.  Allen Michael Boasten (from Episodes 10 & 13) gave the guys a call one day and told them that they needed to give Dan Collins a call, and boy was he right.  Dan Collins comes in and drops a master class lesson on living a rich life of faith, family, and impact.  For Dan, the one thing is prayer.  Dropping to his knees every morning and every night helps him to  say yes when he needs to.  The end result of living that way is a life where love replaces fear.  Dan and his wife have become humble instruments in God’s hands and with God’s help, they have been able to transform the lives of others.  Dan walks the guys through his incredible journey from blind faith to enlightened faith.  You won’t want to miss this one!

Who Said It…

  • “Harried and hurried, a nagging sense that we attempt too much and accomplish too little haunts our days.” -Gary Keeler “One Thing”
  • “Genius is only the power of making continuous efforts. The line between failure and success is so fine that we scarcely know when we pass it; so fine that we are often on the line and do not know it. How many a man has thrown up his hands at a time when a little more effort, a little more patience would have achieved success? A little more persistence, a little more effort, and what seemed a hopeless failure may turn into a glorious success. … There is no defeat except within, no really insurmountable barrier save one’s own inherent weakness of purpose” (author unknown, Second Encyclopedia, ed. Jacob M. Brand, Englewood Cliffs, N.J.: Prentice Hall, 1957, p. 152).
