Tyler and Mike are excited to launch into season 4 with a guest unlike any other guest that they have ever had. Meet Andy Morgan. Andy is Rock Solid. He’s a son, a dad, a good friend, a witness, and a believer. Andy comes to the program via Derrick Anderson and his story has something to teach everyone. He is a self-proclaimed “adrenaline junkie” who loves the Lord, his daughter, and his dirtbike. To say that the road has been bumpy is a bit of an understatement considering that Andy has had 38 concussions, a broken collarbone, a fractured pelvis, and a broken femur. Actually, not only did he broke his femur…he later bent the rod that the doctors put in to replace the femur! Through it all, Andy has learned the importance of eliminating the noise, honoring his parents, and listening to the voice that calls to all of us saying, “Better yourself”. To Greg Schneider, wherever you are, thanks for saving someone. To Andy, keep going because they’re always watching.

Show Notes

Who Said It…

  • “For with God, nothing shall be impossible.” -Luke 1:37
  • “But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and be ready always to give an answer to every man who asketh you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear.” -1 Peter 3:15
  • “Parents simply cannot flirt with skepticism or cynicism, then be surprised when their children expand that flirtation into full-blown romance. If in matters of faith and belief children are at risk of being swept downstream by this intellectual current or that cultural rapid, we as their parents must be more certain than ever to hold to anchored, unmistakable moorings clearly recognizable to those of our own household. It won’t help anyone if we go over the edge with them, explaining through the roar of the falls all the way down that we really did know the Church was true and that the keys of the priesthood really were lodged there but we just didn’t want to stifle anyone’s freedom to think otherwise.” -Elder Jeffrey R. Holland, “A Prayer for the Children”
